Gary joined Setfords as a Consultant Licensed Conveyancer in 2010. and is a specialist property lawyer dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing in freehold and leasehold property. He has a wide range of experience in many aspects of residential conveyancing including buy-to-let, remortgaging, shared ownership and rural land. Gary has also acted for a number of house builders in plot sales, land purchase and overage agreements as well as acting for a Housing Association in the sale of shared ownership properties.
Gary lives in a Hampshire village near Basingstoke with his wife and two school-age children. Away from work Gary has an eclectic range of interests including painting in acrylic and building extensions on his house. He enjoys cycling and completed a ride from London to Paris last year.
Coming from a background of retail management and running his own business for many years before taking up a legal career, Gary delivers a no-nonsense, clear and client focussed service that has helped him build a loyal client base.
