David joined Setfords as a Consultant Solicitor in November 2011 and operates in Lancashire and Greater Manchester. David has significant experience working as a solicitor in the North West of England and has also sat as a Deputy District Judge in the Preston, Blackburn and Chorley County Courts.
David specialises in Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing, Business Transfers and Leases. David acts for a number of developers, both large and small, takes a very hands on approach to his work and willingly visits his clients at times and locations convenient to them.
David lives in Preston and in a past life was a Schoolboy Rugby International and County player.
