All aspects of Business Law including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, start-ups, corporate governance (including shareholder/partnership agreements) and commercial agreements.
Chris joined Setfords as a partner in 2009 and since then has worked with Guy Setford to develop the practice. Chris maintains a small caseload of a select few clients, but spends the majority of his time growing and managing the business.
Chris lives in Godalming with his wife Vicky.
