Consultant Solicitor
Bryan joined Setfords in December 2011 as a Consultant Solicitor in Northampton.
Bryan started in the law in 1969 with a firm of Solicitors in Northampton.
After qualifying firstly as a Legal Executive, and then as a Solicitor in 1980 he became a partner in that firm specialising in Private Client and Property work and is very active and well known in the town of Northampton and surrounding areas.
His specialties are
- Preparation of wills and trusts with associated tax planning
- Dealing with probate and intestacy matters and Inheritance Act claims following death
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Selling and buying domestic property both freehold and leasehold
