Alex joined the firm in August 2008, having completed his training with another local firm, and has significant experience in residential property, landlord and tenant and private client work. Alex assists his clients with all aspects of residential property work and runs a specialist practice dealing with lease extension and collective enfranchisement applications; Alex is also able to advise clients with the preparation of their wills and with lasting powers of attorney.
Alex lives in Farnborough and works from both his home and our head office in Guildford, offering Setfords Solicitors' high standard of service to residents of Guildford and the surrounding areas as well as Frimley, Farnborough and Camberley.
Outside of the office Alexander's main interests include golf, skiing and DIY. He is also a great fan of American Football and an avid Indianapolis Colts fan.
