Natasha is a Solicitor with almost 30 years’ experience in all areas of property.  This includes:

She also has extensive experience acting for land owners, including farmers and small developers, on new site acquisitions, disposals, conditional contracts, option agreements and setting up estates for new-build sales. 

With a strong background in financial aspects of family law including divorce, separation and co-habitation agreements, Natasha is particularly skilled in dealing with acrimonious as well as amicable divisions of jointly owned properties. This includes sales and transfers of equity following divorce or separation. 

Natasha was a partner at a practice in Kent before running her own practice in Surrey for 15 years, so she has a good knowledge of these areas and strong relationships with estate agents and property professionals.

Like many parents, Natasha's 'spare time' is spent juggling her two children’s social and sports calendars, and her favourite way of relaxing is sitting at the side of a cricket pitch with a glass of wine.
